Our orders are shipped via Royal Mail’s tracked 48 service. Deliveries within the UK will arrive 1-3 working days after you receive the shipping confirmation email. You will receive tracking information in the confirmation email, but please note that the tracking only becomes active once a delivery has been attempted. Please get in touch if your package hasn't arrived after 4 working days.
We only deliver to the UK. We would love to send our coffee to the EU, but Brexit has made this too expensive.
If you’re local to Leeds and would rather collect your order, we can leave it with our lovely neighbours at Leeds Bread Co-op, who have a shop with regular opening hours including at the weekend. Just select the “store pickup” shipping option. We’ll email you to let you know when your order is ready to collect.
